Drawn by our strong reputation and the positive experiences shared by others, Achraf decided to trust us with his dental care. In this short interview, he talks about his journey, the treatments he received, and what made his time with us so special.
Where are you from and what brought you to DentAkademi?
Hi everyone, my name is Achraf. I am Moroccan-Italian living in London.
After a thorough online search, I’ve seen the many overwhelmingly positive reviews of the clinic. I’ve seen the many certifications and awards that it got throughout the years. So all things considered, I decided to go with DentAkademi.
What impressed you the most about DentAkademi and the experience here?
The experience was great from the get-go, really. From the initial conversations that I had remotely with the team, it really showed deep expertise from the get-go—responsiveness, transparency with pricing, timelines, and flexibility. 10 out of 10.
I knew that dental work is important—especially since Turkey is obviously famous for dental treatment—so I had high expectations, and these high expectations were met brilliantly.
What kind of treatment did you receive and how was the process for you?
The treatment really was comprised mainly of, among other things, two implants and a bridge. This is what I initially came for, but the dentist team here also sort of highlighted other optimizations that I could go through that I didn’t notice—for example, like a root canal treatment. I’m really happy with how proactive the team was in diagnosing and sort of giving me the dental treatment that I needed.
Would you recommend DentAkademi to your friends or family?
Definitely. I definitely would. Especially for, for example, my parents or my older brothers that are not English-speaking. Here at the team, they have a sort of—we’d call them account managers, or I don’t know how to define them—but really a person that follows you each step of the way and makes sure that communication flows smoothly between yourself and the dentist team.
