Pava’s Full Mouth Implant Treatment

Pava traveled from Austria to our clinic for a comprehensive smile restoration. We began with a full oral diagnosis using X-ray and CT-Scan to create the right treatment plan.

Stage 1 – Extractions & Implants All upper teeth and 5 lower teeth were extracted. Implants were placed in the same session — All-on-6 for the upper jaw and 4 individual implants for the lower jaw. A temporary fixed prosthesis was also attached to the upper jaw on the same day.

Stage 2 – Final Crowns After a 3-month healing period, Pava returned to our clinic. We took intraoral measurements and crafted custom screw-retained zirconium crowns in our laboratory. Within 10 days, Pava headed home with a brand new smile.

Zachary flew in from the United States looking for a complete smile makeover. We designed a 2-stage treatment plan tailored to his needs.

Stage 1 – Extractions & Preparation The crooked teeth in his lower jaw’s anterior region were extracted. We extended crown lengths where needed, and some teeth required root canal treatment with post-core fiber restoration.

Stage 2 – Final Crowns Once the gums and extraction areas fully healed, we moved on to the crowns. We prepared E-max and zirconium crowns for both jaws, giving Zachary a natural-looking result.
